Complaints Handling and Dispute Resolution re Investment Management, Advisor & Agency Business
We will resolve all complaints and disputes related to our investment management, investment advisory & agency business according to the complaints handling procedures of the Japan Investment Advisers Association which outsources the procedure to the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Centre (FINMAC).
